Scientific Advisory

Lee Combrinck-Graham, MD

Scientific Advisor, Stamford, CT
“I care deeply about changing the expectation that children’s problems should be treated with medication rather than being managed through the family, school, and the child. Excellence is a welcome support in that struggle.”

Combrinck-Graham is a child and adolescent psychiatrist trained at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic under the guidance of Salvador Minuchin. Involved in training and consultation throughout her professional life, she currently works with family service agencies as a consultant in general, child and adolescent and family psychiatry. She serves populations varying from individuals designated as chronically mentally ill to children and adolescents with a variety of behavioral challenges, including problems with focus and problems with attachment. She is the author of “Giant Steps: Therapeutic Innovations in Child Mental Health.”
