She has received multiple awards for teaching and worked on numerous grant-funded research and program development teams. Dr. Miller is an international speaker and trainer for professionals, families and people with lived experience of the mental health system and has given her time to service on local, national and international boards and committees. She is a co-author of many peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and practice guidelines.
